Failure to keep your scheduled appointment, not canceling within grace period or not rescheduling within within grace period, you will FORFEIT your deposit. Rescheduled appointments cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited. 5 minute GRACE Period for Clients Running Late, after that appointment will be Cancelled and Deposit Forfeited. Need to cancel do so at least 3 Days Prior to Appointment, only 1 reschedule appointment allowed.
